Order is Final

Once an order is placed it cannot be corrected from supplier. Pitch Teamwear purchases directly from suppliers on receipt of your order. We are unable to cancel orders once placed so please be sure of your choice of garments, sizes, colours, customisation and quantities. 

As all products are prepared to your precise specification we cannot accept any returns.  

Refund of shipping return cost is only applicable on faulty products and where agreed prior to the return of the item(s). Where Pitch Teamwear have asked for a product to be returned and it is then deemed to be faulty Pitch Teamwear shall cover the cost of the return postage up to a maximum of £7.50.

Order must accurately reflect the required Garments/Sizes/Colours/Quantities

We are an internet based company, having developed a bespoke web site to streamline the purchase of teamwear, and all orders should be confirmed in writing on the website. We rely on the customer to order the correct Garments, Sizes, Colours and Quantities.

Colour Fastness/Shade Variation

We do not guarantee colour fastness on any of the goods for sale, outside of those offered by the brand manufacturer. Every effort is made by brand manufacturers to ensure matching colours across the range & style of garments, but there may be variations from dye batch to dye batch, or variances in fabric material or style, so it’s not possible to guarantee an exact colour match across multiple ranges or orders.

Faulty Items

Pitch Teamwear reserve the right to refund for a faulty item rather than replacing it. This is dependent on the item and will be discussed further by one of our customer service representatives upon completion of the returns form. If a refund, exchange or replacements are offered by the company, we shall not be liable for any costs related to embellishment carried out by any other company on the original affected items whatsoever.

Please note that incorrect application or use of machinery and materials during the embellishment process can cause faults to develop with the garments, therefore we reserve the right to reject any garment fault where we believe the fault has potentially been caused by an embellishment process not carried out by Pitch Teamwear.

Clearance Items

The company operates a strict “No Returns Policy” on clearance goods.

Damaged Goods

If you receive an order that has been damaged during transit you should advise us in writing within 24 hours of receipt, fail to do so and we will be unable to accept your claim.


If you receive an order and you believe there may be a shortage please ensure you take all of items out of the box, and go through each item separately to ensure that items haven’t stuck together or items haven’t slipped inside another item of your order. You should advise us in writing of all shortages within 24 hours of receipt, failure to do so and we will be unable to accept your claim.

All suspected fraudulent claims for shortages will be reported by us to the Police for further investigation. We reserve the right to pass all of your details to the Police authorities, in all instances where we believe a crime may have been committed. 

Cancellation of Orders

Once placed orders cannot be cancelled. Our service is based on efficiency of our own designed processes and agreements with our suppliers such that once an order enters our process we are fully committed to delivery of your order.  

Delivery Charges

The company charges for all deliveries. All orders require a signature; the courier of choice will make attempts to deliver your goods based on their policy. If you are not available to sign for the order and the goods are returned to us, you will be recharged for another delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

Website quoted delivery prices are based on a UK Mainland address only, excluding BFPO, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, All Isles and Outer Hebrides. Some Scottish locations may require an additional delivery charge, you will be notified once you have placed your order, or alternatively contact us prior to placing your order.

Please note that once we dispatch your order from our warehouse, it is then your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to sign for the parcel. If your order is then returned to us by the courier due to either an incorrect address supplied or that no one was available to sign for the parcel then we will need to receive a further payment for the same amount of paid delivery at time of the original order, this is to cover the costs associated with your order being delivered back to us by the courier company. We will then also need to take a further payment to redeliver your order to the same amount paid on the original order. Please note that if you have used a promotional code and received free delivery, then a charge will need to be taken before we will resend your order and also to cover the cost of the return of the goods back to ourselves due to the non delivery. All customers with a delivery address outside of the UK mainland, please email sales@pitchteamwear.com with details of your order for shipping costs to your address.

Collection of Orders

We are unable to offer a collection facility for any order placed over the telephone or via the website and all orders shall be dispatched using our insured and tracked courier. For a list of our estimated shipping lead times and prices please visit our 'Shipping & Returns' page.

Conditions of Sale

If the courier of choice is unable to start or continue their services for a reason beyond its control, we will not be in breach of our agreement with the receiver, but will take all steps that are reasonably practicable in the circumstances to commence or continue the carriage.

Please note if an issue arises whereby we are unable to supply the original product ordered, then at our discretion we reserve the right to offer a similar alternative product.

We reserve the right not to accept any order until full payment has been made by the customer either by cheque (instore, by appointment only) where payment will be deemed to have been made when a cheque has been received and funds cleared to our bank account or by a credit card when payment has been successfully authorised by the credit card company. The company will then accept that a contract has occurred and we will endeavour to meet all agreed delivery schedules. Delays at times may be unavoidable due to conditions out of our control by any suppliers to our company. Pitch Teamwear, reserve the right to cancel your order in either full or part at any time and return any payment applicable against any cancellation. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the time it takes for a card refund to process. Some card refunds can take up to 5 working days from the date the refund is processed for the funds to appear in your account, it is often sooner than this but this is the maximum time we have to allow as it always dependent on your bank and their processing times.
